The house in entered from the Ground Floor and the door is alongside the garage. There is also a parking space in front of the house so 2 cars can be accommodated. On the Ground Floor there is also a WC and shower room. Up onto the first floor brings you to the spacious open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen. The lounge area has a double sofa bed and can comfortable seat up to 6 people. It has a 32" flat screen tv with DVD built in and a small music system. The dining area has a full sized dining table with 6 chairs and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cater for the family or groups. There is an electric oven and gas hob, along with a microwave over, coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen also has a washer drier.

The dining area opens onto a balcony with a small table and 4 chairs for morning coffee and is south facing so benefits from plenty of light.

On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms - one set to a double and the larger set as a twin room. There is also the family bathroom.

All linen and towels are provided and additional cleaning and laundry can be arranged upon request at an additional fee.
